DAY 01: Chennai - Kanchipuram.
Arrive at Chennai Airport. Pickup time from Chennai Airport is at 9.00 AM. Meet and greet at the
airport. Drive to Kanchipuram Hotel check in 1200 Noon and sightseeing Sri Kanchi Kamakshi
Amman Temple, Varadharaja Perumal Temple, Ekambareswarar Temple, Kailasanathar Temple,
Kanchi Kudil - Overnight in Kanchipuram.
DAY 02: Kanchipuram - Pondicherry.
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Pondicherry, visit Shri Aurobindo Ghosh
Ashram, Basilica of The Sacred Heart ff Jesus, Promenade Beach. White Town - Overnight Stay in
Pondicherry.
DAY 03: Full Day Pondicherry
After breakfast proceed to Pondicherry sightseeing, visit Auroville, Chunnambar Boat House,
Paradise Beach, Sita Cultural Centre, French War Memorial, Botanical Garden, Manakula Vinayagar
Temple. Overnight Stay in Pondicherry.
DAY 04: Pondicherry - Chidambaram - Pichavaram
After breakfast proceed to Day trip to Chidambaram Natarajar Temple and Pichavaram Mangrove
Forest Boating (If the guest Interested). Overnight stay at Pondicherry
DAY 05: Pondicherry - Mahabalipuram - Chennai Drop.
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Mahabaliporam sightseeing - Shore Temples,
Five Rathas, Krishna’s Butterball, Tiger Caves, Arjuna’s Penance, Ganesh Ratha Temple, Crocodile
Bank. Evening drop at Chennai airport at 5.00 PM. for your onward journey. Tour Ends with Sweet
Memories.

TOUR COST INCLUDES

 Any air/ train Fare/ Bus/ Transfers (not mentioned in the itinerary)
 5% GST
 Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation, early check in or late Check Out charges.
 Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of
new taxes from Govt.
 Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization,
or any personal emergency
 Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the
unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
 Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines &
alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set
group menu.
 Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary
 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective
from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.4000/- or 10% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges
mentioned herein above.
In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid
including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
