DAY 01: Arrive Amritsar and Local sightseeing.
Arrive at Amritsar Airport. Pickup time from Amritsar Airport is at 10.00 AM. Meet and greet at
the airport. Our tour representative will greet you and assist you to your allotted hotel at Amritsar.
Later we proceed to Amritsar is a city in the north western Indian state of Punjab, 28 kilometres from
the border with Pakistan. At the centre of its walled old town, the gilded Golden Temple (Harmandir
Sahib) is the holiest gurdwara (religious complex) of the Sikh religion. It’s at the end of a causeway,
surrounded by the sacred Amrit Sarovar tank (lake), where pilgrims bathe. Later in the evening visit
Gobindgarh Fort, explore history of this military fort through a light and sound show. Overnight at
Amritsar.
DAY 02: Amritsar - Local Full Day Sight Seeing.
After breakfast, start your full day city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important
Sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical
traditions of the Sikhs. Later visit Jallianwala Bagh- where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha
soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. Later we
proceed to Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30
Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening “Beating the Retreat” ceremony.
Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their
respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched
on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. Overnight at Amritsar
DAY 03: Amritsar - Katra
Today after breakfast, checkout from the hotel and we start our journey for Katra. Overnight at

DAY 04: Katra (Vaishnodevi Darshan)
Early morning starts for Vaishnodevi climb (Total 13 kms walk to the temple that takes about 4-5
hours). Enroute stops at Ardhkuwari Temple and darshan at Baba Bhairvnath Temple is
recommended). During Summer and peak travel season it may be advisable to start the climb
previous evening. Once queue tickets are purchased the wait period could be half an hour to 3 hours
depending on the rush. During season Yatra Parchi (entry tickets required to beging the uphill walk),
it is recommended to purchase in advance to avoid delays. Guests looking for Helidarshan
(Helicopter ride, darshan and back), morning flights are recommended for best weather and least
uncertainty. Overnight at Katra
DAY 05: KATRA - DEPARTURE
After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for Jammu by road. On arrival you will be
transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home. Evening drop at
Jammu Railway Station / Airport at 4.00 PM. Tour Ends with Sweet Memories.

 Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of
new taxes from Govt.
 Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization,
or any personal emergency
 Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the
unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
 Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines &
alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set
group menu.
 Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary
 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective
from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.8000/- or 10% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges
mentioned herein above.
In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid
including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
