DAY 00: PUNE / MUMBAI - HYDERABAD
Guest are Requested to Report designated pickup point in Pune and Mumbai. Board Your Bus/Train and
continue your journey to Hyderabad.
DAY 01: ARRIVAL HYDERABAD -LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
(Guest who are coming directly by flight or by Railway should report Lakdikapool, Hyderabad at 9.00 AM).
Pickup and Transfer to Hotel and Welcome to Check In To The Hotel. And Fresh Up Afternoon Proceed to
Hyderabad Local Sightseeing: Char Minar and Mecca Mosque. Bhagyalaxmi Temple, Visit Qutub Shahi Tomb
and Golconda fort. Enjoy light and sound show in the evening. Overnight Stay at Hotel Hyderabad.
DAY 02: RAMOJI FILM CITY DAY TOUR
Morning After Breakfast Proceed Proceed to Ramoji Film City. On arrival enjoy the guided tour in Ramoji
Film city - Get ready to experience the spectacular locations, rides, games, shows, exciting attractions,
enthralling entertainments and unlimited fun. Dslr Cameras Above 18-55mm Is Not Permitted. Evening Back
to Hotel. Overnight Stay At Hyderabad.
DAY 03: HYDERABAD – STATUE OF EQUALITY - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
Today After Breakfast Proceed to visit second highest statue in the world – Ramanuja Statue. Saint Ramanuja
- one of the most important exponents of the Sri Vaishnavism tradition within Hinduism. Visit Birla Temple,
Salarjung Museum, Gautama Buddha Statue In Hussain Sagar, enjoy boat ride in Hussainsagar lake, Ntr
Garden, Lumbini Park, Laser Show Overnight Stay At Hyderabad.
DAY 04: HYDERABAD - DEPARTURE.
After breakfast check out from the hotel, Free Time Shopping Special Karachi Biscuits, Pearls, Bangles, Sarees.
Evening drop at Ladkikapool, Hyderabad at 7.00 PM. Tour Ends with Sweet Memories.

 Any air/ train Fare/ Bus/ Transfers (not mentioned in the itinerary)
 5% GST
 Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation, early check in or late Check Out charges.
 Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of
new taxes from Govt.
 Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization,
or any personal emergency
 Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the
unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
 Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines &
alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set
group menu.
 Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary
 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective
from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.8000/- or 10% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges
mentioned herein above.
In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid
including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
