DAY 00: PUNE / MUMBAI - AHMEDABAD
Guest are Requested to Report designated pickup point in Pune and Mumbai. Board Your Bus/Train and
continue your journey to Ahmedabad.
DAY 01: AHEMDABAD ARRIVAL – CITY TOUR
(Guest who are coming directly by flight or by Railway should report Ahmedabad Railway Station at 7.00
AM or at CTM Char Rastra at 8.00 AM). Pickup and proceed to the Hotel. Ahmedabad-in western India, is
the largest city in the state of Gujarat. Afternoon, we will proceed for Ahmedabad city sightseeing. Visit
Sabarmati Ashram known as Satyagraha Ashram, which was witness to many historical events that shook up
the British Empire. Later we will proceed to Gandhinagar for a visit to Akshardham Temple. En-route visit
Adalaj Stepwell or Rudabai Stepwell is located in the village of Adalaj, close to Gandhinagar. Akshardham
Temple (Swaminarayan Akshardham) is a large Hindu Temple complex. Witness the Sat-Chit-Anand Water
Show. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
DAY 02: AHMEDABAD – PATAN – MODREA - AHMEDABAD
After breakfast at hotel, we will proceed to visit Rani Ki Vav - (The Queen of Stepwell) UNESCO & World
Heritage Sites, is situated in the town of Patan. Its construction is attributed to Udayamati, daughter of
Khengara of Saurashtra. Later we will visit Modhera Sun Temple - is a Hindu Temple dedicated to the solar
deity Surya. It was built after 1026-27 CE during the reign of Bhima I of the Chaulukya dynasty. After visit
we drive back to Ahmedabad. Evening visit Sabarmati River front and Kakariya Lake. Overnight stay at
Ahmedabad.
DAY 03: AHMEDABAD – STATUE OF UNITY
After Breakfast, checkout from the Hotel and proceed to Statue of Unity (Kevadia) - The Statue of Unity is the
world tallest statue, with a height of 182 metres. It depicts Indian statesman and independence activist
Vallabhbhai Patel, who was the first deputy prime minister and home minister of independent India and an
adherent of Mahatma Gandhi. On arrival, check inn to the Hotel, After Freshen up, visit SoU Viewing Gallery
153 Metres by high speed elevator, Cactus Garden, Glow Garden, Sardar Sarovar Dam The lifeline of Gujarat
and second largest dam in the world regarding volume and size. Evening witness the Light & Sound Show
at Statue of Unity, the colorful laser lighting system is accompanied by an excellent narration of the history
and life of Sardar Patel. Overnight stay at Kevadia.
DAY 04: SOU – GARUDESHWAR - CHAMPANER – PAVAGADH- POICHA - VADODARA
After breakfast Checkout from the hotel, proceed to Baroda, en route Visit Garudeshwar Datta Temple, Kuber
Bhandari Shiv Mandir a 2500-year-old temple situated at the banks of Narmada River. Later we will proceed
to Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located around the
historical city of Champaner, a city which was founded by Vanraj Chavda, the most prominent king of the Chavda Dynasty, in the eighth century., Neelkanthdham Poicha Later transfer to Vadodara. On arrival check
in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
DAY 05: VADODARA LOCAL SIGHTSEEING - DEPARTURE
Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed Vadodara city tour, we will visit Laxmi Vilas Palace
- the magnificent residence of the royal family of Baroda was built by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaikwad III in 1890,
Vadodara museum and art gallery. Evening drop at Paldi Cross Road, Ahmedabad at 7.00 PM. Tour Ends
with Sweet Memories.

 Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization,
or any personal emergency
 Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the
unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
 Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines &
alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set
group menu.
 Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary
 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective
from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.8000/- or 10% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges
mentioned herein above.
In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid
including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
